Each bottle and jar is carefully filled from our private studio and lab in small batches to ensure that you are receiving the freshest and most efficacious product possible. We process and ship orders from Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped out within 1 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. All of our orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, (excluding major holidays). If you place your order on Friday evening past 5pm, your package will be fulfilled and sent out first thing the following Monday morning.

USA Orders

Our standard shipping carrier is FedEx and USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 5-6 business days for standard shipping.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for orders over $75 for orders within the USA. A flat shipping rate of $6 will apply for orders under $75 placed within the USA. 

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days. We ship via USPS, DHL, Fedex, and UPS. 

UPS Express Shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

 

Canada Orders

For all shipments to Canada, a flat rate of $18 will be applied to all orders. Please allow 8-10 business days for your order to arrive.*

If you would like your order to arrive sooner, please choose FedEx Express service (shipping will be calculated according to your shipping destination). 

 + Please note that our Shipping rates have recently changed for all orders to Canada, to reflect the recent increased charges from DHL, FedEX, and UPS. 

Other International orders.

 + Please note that our Shipping rates have recently changed for all International Orders, to reflect the recent increased charges from all carriers -DHL, FedEX, and UPS. 

For all shipments outside of the United States or Canada, shipping rates will be calculated depending on which option you choose.

Unfortunately, due to extreme delays with DHL lately, we have decided to remove our International Flat Rate shipping via DHL to avoid packages being lost or any disappointment with extreme shipping delays.

Instead, we now offer FedEx International Ground for a flat rate of $45, a much more reliable service.

If you would like your order to arrive sooner, please choose one of the Express service options (shipping will be calculated according to your shipping destination).

We are currently shipping to orders placed in the following countries:

United Kingdom, Australia, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, China, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Saint Martin.

Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer shipping aside from the list of countries above. However, if you reside in any country other than the list of countries above, please send us an email at care@liorganics.com and we will arrange for your order to be made possible. 

Please not that international orders may be subject to duties or fees by the country of import. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged by the shipping provider prior to delivery. Payment of these is necessary to release your package from customs.

Shipping confirmation.

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a confirmation of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience.

 

Questions About Your Orders

Should you have any questions about your order status, please do email us at care@liorganics.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible within 24 hours and be pleased to answer any questions you have.

 

Change submitted orders.

If you need to change an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "My Order" or "Can I Change My Order?". Order corrections must be made within the same day upon receipt. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will do our best to accommodate your needs

Returns & exchanges.

We want you to love your Li Organics skincare experience. If for any reason you are not pleased with your order or have any concerns about the product you received, we would really love to know. Please send a note to us within 14 days of delivery to care@liorganics.com. We would be more than happy to work with you to explore how we can best find a way to match your personal needs, or to arrange for an exchange, credit, or refund so you might find something you truly love and that works for you.

All products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Partial refunds may be issued for any product received in damaged condition or if significant product has been used. If items arrived damaged in transit due to poor handling from the shipping carrier, we are happy to send you a replacement after documentation of the damaged items have been sent to us. Once a return is received at our warehouse, we will process the return in 3-4 business days.  

If you buy Li Organics products from other authorized or unauthorized retailers or sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.

Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for two-way shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. That said, we will keep you up to date when your new item has been shipped.

If you are returning an item over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
